FAST recently redesigned on 9500 Series to have a Tri-Fold boom (9500TF) which allows the 80' and 100' booms to fold and spray at 40' and the 90' boom the ability to fold and spray at 60'. This helps stay on your planter tracks on headlands and field borders and also minimizes traffic patterns in the field. The booms also do not hang out over the back of the center section and hitch extensions are no longer required which helps minimize transport length and a shorter hitch pin-to-axle length to provide better tracking in the field.

FAST offers 60', 66', 88', and 90' booms in a 10' center section (9600N) which helps minimize transport width and provide safer road travels. The 80' and 100' booms feature a 12' center section (9600TF) with the ability to fold out the first wings and spray at 40' which gives the ability to stay on your planter tracks on headlands and field borders to minimize traffic patterns in the field. The 90' booms also fold to spray at 60'.

FAST's Tri-Fold boom design provides a very compact transport length which gives the operator excellent visibility from the cab when traveling between fields.

FAST includes standard on the 973PT series a hydraulic yaw cushioning system that is controlled through and ISO compatible display (2630/Pro 700,ect.). This system has a sensor that is mounted to the center section and senses at all times what the position of the wing is. If the wing starts moving forward and backward due to a sudden start, stop, turn, ect. the sensor will pick that up and apply hydraulic cushioning through the hydraulic fold cylinder to bring the boom to a controlled/cushioned stop and also to bring the boom back to its "home" position. This system helps significantly when there is sudden tractor movements caused by auto-steer or sudden stops, when turning on ends, and also help prevent any "boom walk" that may be experienced with other booms. This is unique system that is offered on FAST booms.

We know that killing weeds is a top priority, so we incorporate a center-pivot boom into all of our sprayers. Because the boom is de-coupled from the tractor, it stays level with the ground, providing a superior boom ride. This means an unbeatable tip-to-target spray pattern, and ultimately, superior weed kill. This also allows the operator to spray at higher speeds, so they are able to cover more acres per hour. Due to the center section being isolated from the tractor this allows for a wide arrange of spray heights of anywhere between 20" to 72". So spraying late in the season will not be a problem due to the adjustable range of the 94FM center section.

The 8000N Series has a 30' or 40' toolbar with a 1050 or 1350 gallon tank. The transport width of the 8000N is 180" which is one of the narrowest transport widths in the industry. This provides safer road travel and helps limit the liability taken on by the operator while driving down the road.

The wide-stance parallel linkage on all of our applicators creates three distinct advantages. It enables the toolbar to apply fertilizer without the bar "walking" when higher ground speeds are reached, it allows the bar to be raised and lowered evenly and the wide stance parallel link reduces stress on the center section. These features add up to better placement for your fertilizer investment.

All Fast applicators are designed to have a flex throughout the entire toolbar. The 8200 is unique because the bar is designed to have three sections of flex. This flex will allow for much better ground penetration and even depth control and fertilizer placement in uneven terrain. The 8200 series also has a trademarked flex hinge that Fast has incorporated as an industry first. This allows for below-level travel on the toolbar, ensuring that the coulter is always in contact with the ground, giving you confidence that your nitrogen dollars are where you intended them to be. With the flex hinge there can be up to an 8.5 degree flex downward in the toolbar and a 16 degree flex upward in the toolbar. This hinge also allows for the unique side-fold transport position which narrows the transport width. The 8200 models come standard with four gauge wheels that help with a more consistent application throughout the entire toolbar.

Cover more acres with the Fast 8400 series. The 8400 offers a 90' toolbar so covering a large amount of acres in a short amount of time will not be a problem.

All 30' or 40' 833P models are equipped with a 7x7 single tube toolbar. While the 60' 813P is equipped with a 4x6 double tube toolbar. At Fast we try our best to equip all our products with as much versatility as possible which is why we have designed all our 40' 833P models to have an external hydraulic fold cylinder so the operator is able to fold the outer wing and have the ability to use the bar at 30' as well.

The John Deere track tanks designed by Fast are specifically designed to not hamper the smooth ride of a John Deere track tractor. The operator will hardly notice the tanks are even there with a rubber mounted frame which greatly reduces tank vibration which will also reduce cracking of the stainless steel tanks.
